Our History
Our history in the area dates back to 1970, when Associate Broker William England and his wife Evelyn opened our first office. In 1973, we expanded into Hartland, Michigan, where our main office has remained ever since. Having lived and worked in Hartland for decades, we have proudly watched this community grow while continuing to appreciate its award-winning schools, convenient location near M-59 and US-23, and strong community feel.
William and Evelyn’s daughters—Donna, Mary, Teresa, and Jeanne—have also been key to our success and continue to serve our clients today.
