IDX / MLS listing information
Property listing information on the Site is provided through an IDX (Internet Data Exchange) feed from Realcomp II Ltd. and participating brokers. England Real Estate Company displays that information as a convenience to consumers.
- Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed.
- Information is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use.
- Information may not be used for any purpose other than identifying prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.
- Listings may be subject to prior sale, change of price, or withdrawal from the market without notice.
- England Real Estate Company and Realcomp II Ltd. are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes in listing data provided by listing brokers or third parties.
Where required by IDX rules, individual listing pages may also display a listing courtesy line, IDX logo or icon, and additional Realcomp credit or disclaimer language.

Content on the Site—including property descriptions, values, maps, school references, market commentary, and marketing copy—is for general information only.
